Job Description:

Support store management by completing operational tasks such as physical inventory counts, maintaining inventory room files and reports per market Ops Audit compliance rules. Maintain a clean and organized inventory room so that product is easily and quickly found. Maintain records of any Inventory on hand both in the inventory room and on the sales floor. Receive all incoming shipments, unpack received orders and place product in the correct location. Follow all market requirements for processing returns to the return center as well preparing store to store transfers. Assist with merchandising updates, ensuring that all POP and collateral is current per merchandising standards. Provide feedback to Store Manager on gaps in processes and area of opportunities. Stay current on all metroPCS policies, procedures and operational guidelines. This role also requires the ability to perform sales duties and customer service tasks as needed by store management

Essential Functions
Customer Service & Sales
- Be available to perform customer service and/or sales functions when needed. Greets customers in a timely and positive manner create a positive sales/buying experience for the customer. Identifies the customer's needs and provide information related to MetroPCS products and services. Handles all administrative aspects of the sale including paperwork to establish service, accepting customer payments and filing completed orders. Is a knowledgeable expert to the customer.
Store Processes & Procedures
- Assists store management in training store associates regarding operating procedures. Acts as a resource to store staff on products, and handset service issues. Read and understand all current and new company policies and procedures and market specific objectives as applicable. Ensure work schedules are followed. Know where to get support where needed and deliver operational results based on key performance indicators
Merchandising
- Maintain floor stocking levels, displays and help ensure that the store is clean and presentable to customers. Assist in setting up, refreshing, and clearing store visual displays and live phone demo units. Be the store point person on monthly merchandising calls and in maintaining metroPLAN.

Qualifications:

Minimum Required
1 year of retail sales or inventory operations experience Strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with both customer and employee related issues. Must be proficient in computer skill, POS systems, spreadsheets, word processing. Must be available to work typical retail hours including weekends and holidays Desired
Experience in the wireless telecommunications industry
Education Minimum Required: High School Diploma
Bilingual in English and Spanish
