Job Description

Our client, a fashion merchandising corporation, is seeking a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join their team in Columbus, OH!

Responsibilities:

  • The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for visual strategies that will evolve Visual Merchandising presentations to build brand equity, are customer intuitive and scalable for all stores.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Translation, Marketing, Merchants, Space Planning and Store Operations to ensure optimal profitability and in store experience.
  • Responsible for directing and managing the execution of the Intimates floor sets, launches/translations and tests by season.
  • Manages, executes and drives projects based on the Visual Calendar timelines.
  • Develops merchandising strategy for each floor set Creative and translates across all store tiers.
  • Review and adjust strategies to be in alignment with all current business trends by floor set.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years retail experience.
  • Demonstrate strong, consistent problem solving abilities and result-driven communication with business partners.
  • Keen written, verbal and electronic communication skills, computer proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of Flex PLM, preferred.
  • Ability to be a team player and foster a commitment to teamwork with other associates.
  • Basic knowledge of garment construction, preferred.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
