Architectural/Project Designer - Full-time

Requirements:            Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture + at 2 years of experience

Consulting with the client (architects, engineers, manager, etc.) to determine functional and spatial requirements of new equipment and/or renovations;  Planning project layout, integrating engineering elements into unified design;  Developing final construction-grade detailed design drawings based on conceptual; Engineering sketches and/or other verbal and formal instructions according to client standards and guidelines through the use of two-dimensional and three-dimensional computer-aided design software; Initiating, developing and implementing design concepts through the use of drawings and three-dimensional models based upon the client’s standards and guidelines by applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, and spatial placement of equipment;  Reporting to supervisory architectural designers, principal engineers, and other supervisors, as needed.
