Parking Enforcement Officer

In partnership with the American Tobacco Campus (ATC), Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking part time Parking Enforcement Officers. As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will regularly patrol parking areas and decks for the American Tobacco Campus.  You may also be required to work special events, including but not limited to, Durham Bulls baseball games and events scheduled at the Durham Performing Arts Center.

This is a part-time position, approximately 24 hours a week. Your schedule will vary from week to week. This positions pays $12.50 per hour. Candidates with experience in law enforcement, security, parking, and military service are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Experience in parking management/control
• Must work well with the public and have excellent customer service skills
• Able to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Available to work 3-8 hours increments Monday – Sunday which may include daytime, holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check are required
