We are seeking experienced Team Ambassadors to work at the Historic Durham Bulls Stadium for the 2018 season. As a Team Ambassador, you will represent the Durham Bulls in a professional and friendly manner by providing the highest level of customer service. An ideal candidate for this role has a genuine desire to follow through when assisting a fan, willing to go the extra mile to every experience at DBAP a memorable one, and have a passion for baseball! This position offers $8.50 per hour. This is a part-time, seasonal position with the season lasting from April 5th to September 3rd, 2018.


As a Team Ambassador, you will…
  • Take on a larger customer service role
  • Be proactive in addressing issues and answering questions
  • Work on-site at the Durham Bulls ballpark - 409 Blackwell Street Durham, NC 27701
  • Attend paid training during March 2018 (dates TBD)

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Charismatic, welcoming, and extremely approachable
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritize in a high stress, fast-paced environment
  • Available to work holidays, evenings, and weekends
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to interact with guests and all levels of management throughout the organization
  • Team player
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus
