Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary: EMCOR Facility Services (EFS) provides full spectrum facility services to public and private sectors of nearly every market. Managing more than 1 billion square feet worldwide, our people have the optimal blend of capabilities and technical expertise to help clients achieve the highest levels of performance. EFS is seeking a Facility Coordinator to support the Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will provide routine analysis and reporting to the accounts Senior Facility Manager. This position will be responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as well as administrative tasks associated with maintaining facility related documentation and records to include building drawings and space planning tools. The ideal candidate will be organized with an attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize deliverables as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepares and distributes routine reports
  • Ability to maintain and modify accounts related to building as-built drawings and other space planning files
  • Processes financial requests at the direction of the Senior Facility Manager
  • Processes operations change requests as directed by the Operations Team
  • Assists in the preparation and consolidation of routine and adhoc reports for the facilities team
  • Assists the FM in coordinating and responding to questions and escalations from site managers
  • Assist FM in the preparation and distribution of financial reports
  • Assists FM in ensuring appropriate project documentation is processed and retained appropriately

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a professional, fast paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point and AutoCad
