A FOH Bus Partner at Black Walnut Cafe keeps the dining room in good, clean order through bussing of tables and cleaning of the dining room. The FOH Bus Partner reports directly to the manager on duty and all other store management.
The FOH Bus Partner ensures that all tables are cleared, sanitized and reset in a timely manner. They are also responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the dining room, floors, and restrooms.
Responsibilities Include:
- Taking Care of the Guest's Needs
- Setting up stations for shifts and breaking down or resetting stations after a shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Putting orders away as they arrive
- Complete daily checklists
- Alerting Management to any issues or problems
- Follow all standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- High personal standards
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to be on your feet for 6-10 hours
- Great people skills
- Organizational skills
- Time Management skills
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to perform well under stress
