Job Overview:
This individual must partner with cross functional teams including Email, Analytics, and Loyalty to execute omnichannel campaigns and deliver insightful campaign analysis. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure, have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong organizational skills & the ability to partner with multiple teams.
Essential Functions:
• Develop detailed understanding of Bloomingdale’s database and 3rd Party platforms to drive contact strategy initiatives.
• Develop and execute DM and daily email strategies for all non-storewide campaigns
• Develop and implement contact strategy (DM/Email) tests and communicate results with actionable insights and recommendations on a quarterly basis.
• Analyze contact strategy campaigns and communicate findings and recommendations monthly/quarterly/seasonally to business partners and cross functional teams.
• Collaborate and leverage external vendors to identify opportunities to improve our overall program.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in the development of contact strategy campaigns.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
• BS or BA Degree required, Marketing and/or Digital Marketing background a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in the professional environment
• Retail and fashion interest is a plus
Communication Skills:
• Ability to partner with multiple cross functional teams
Reasoning Ability:
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Detail oriented
• Results and goal focused
• Self-starter, takes initiative, and recognizes the need for urgency
Other Skills:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent project management skills
• HTML knowledge a plus
