Outside Sales Representative (bilingual) for San Diego, CA in the Point Loma area.
We are a fast growing, light industrial company in staffing management, and we have a dynamic opportunity for an aggressive, self-motivated, and high-energy, bilingual Outside Sales Representative. We have 34 branches throughout the United States and we are in the middle of expanding our branch in San Diego.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for business development, intensely penetrating the markets and properly promoting and selling staffing services. These responsibilities pertain to existing and future markets. This is a position requiring much field time.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, impressive skills in negotiation, communication and problem solving in a fast-paced business environment. This candidate has strong work ethics, a positive "can-do" attitude and is a true "people person". A successful Outside Sales Representative is self-motivated, highly productive while unsupervised. Although not required, staffing industry experience is a plus. The Outside Sales Representative reports to the Branch Manager and is primarily responsible for the following:
Aggressive prospecting (field cold calls 80- 90%)
Giving sales presentations
Closing the sale
New account development
Creating partnerships with key executives
Making sales quotas
Compensation
Great base pay (starting at $48-50k DOE) with lucrative commission structure and other incentives
Medical and dental insurance and 401K plan, paid vacation, paid holidays and sick pay
Paid expenses
Advancement opportunity
