Job Summary: 

The Base Area Ops Attendant is responsible for exceeding guests’ expectations and ensuring a world class ski resort experience while providing top notch guest service. This role will work primarily at Northstar's Bungee Trampoline and assist the parking crew on Saturday and Sunday mornings. At the Bungee Trampoline, attendants deliver a thrilling aerial experience for our customers and are responsible for safety protocols, testing each bungee station daily, ensuring all participants fill out a waiver, and activity sales. Furthermore attendants also fill a utility role for the Base Area operation and get to work with the Parking team and Village Guest Services.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate RPOS computers, printers, scanners, as well as general office equipment. 
• Excellent problem solving, communication & guest service skills.
• Ability to handle frequent guest interactions, maintaining high service standards at all times

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work outdoors in all mountain winter weather conditions
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift without sitting
• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
• Must be able to work weekends as required
• Must have excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience handling cash and completing sales
• Previous experience working a front line or guest facing position
• Previous experience working with children
