JOB TITLE: Part-Time Club Lounge Attendant
REPORTS TO: Food and Beverage Manager
BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for set-up of breakfast in the Club Lounge area while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement/maintenance of IHR standards and profit maximization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Make and serve drinks/food to guests following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by IHR standards. (50%)
2. Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner; maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction. (10%)
3. Ring guest checks, collect cash, process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by IHR policies and procedures. (10%)
4. Setup and breakdown of breakfast (5%)
5. Perform all regularly cleaning duties following the specified checklist including tile floors, tables and storage room equipment to ensure the lounge is kept clean and spotless at all times. (10%)
6. Inform manager of any areas in need of special attention such as carpet, upholstery or furniture. (5%)
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: Hotel experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, speak and write English.
Ability to accurately count cash.
Ability to operate cash register.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Hours Required: Mostly AM shifts but scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
