Business Operations Analyst - Full-time

The Business Operations Analyst will monitor current and newly developed manufacturing policies, procedures, and systems among multiple departments or locations.

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels within the organization
• Problem analysis and problem resolution skills
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and non-technical instructions
• Experience with data entry and analysis
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

• Research individual shipping invoices that do not contain necessary information to automatically bill to specific departments within Dish.
• Work with internal teams such as accounting, finance, manufacturing, and distribution to develop reports useful in understanding freight costs and patterns.
• Develop reporting 
• Analyze data to look for opportunities to improve processes and recommend best practices
• Participate in quarterly business reviews 
• Assist the team with other tasks as needed which may include data entry, reporting and analysis, and partner management
