Order Picker
Global Auto Parts Manufacturing looking to partner with a dedicated Order Picker. Our customer supports major automotive manufactures by producing quality parts that go into the cars we drive everyday.
Duties include:
Operate industrial trucks or tractors equipped to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, factory or similar location.
Inspect product load for accuracy, and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery.
Move controls to drive gasoline or electric trucks, car or tractor and transport materials between loading, processing and storage areas.
Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse or facility. Follow instructions to identify and mark materials, products and samples
Follow standard work instructions.
Requirements include:
Must have prior Order Picker and Forklift operator experience.
Must be able to speak and read basic English to comply with positions
Safety experience in a plant familiar with all PPE procedures & requirements
Must be willing to cross train
Must be able to work required overtime
Must comply with attendance and punctuality policy
Must be able to lift 20 to 40 lbs. continuously
Pre-screening testing is required
High school diploma or equivalent required
