Associate Attorney

Established Minneapolis law firm representing businesses and entrepreneurs in business organization, commercial transactions, real estate transactions, and commercial litigation is seeking to hire an associate attorney to help manage business organization, contract drafting, commercial transactions, and real estate transactions and development. The candidate should possess a passion for representing businesses, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors and developers; be well organized; detail oriented; self-starter with excellent analytical, research, and writing skills; and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
