BDC Customer Service Rep - Job Responsibilities:

• Drive results by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call, appointment, referral, and sales goals, and making 100-150 calls per day
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone activity with potential customers, driving call-in and Internet prospects to the showroom
• Follow up with existing customers
• Communication with online prospects via telephone, email and texts
• Create and maintain a positive customer experience
• Complete all dealership processes and paperwork and update the customer database in a timely and accurate manner
