Barbonzai is looking for new talent in Lake Forest, CA! We have some part-time job openings for dedicated and hard-working individuals.

A little about us:

Barbonzai is a quick-service Mediterranean restaurant that specializes in baked falafel, flatbreads and wraps. We will be using our gas-operated oven to freshly bake our menu items. We make our own dough from scratch and everything is baked to order!

Our hours of operation will be 11 am - 8 pm daily (Employees schedules range from 10:00am - 9:00pm) . Schedules will be determined based on availability and performance.

The currently available position is for a Line Cook

Job Duties:

-Daily ingredient preparation

-Oven operation (pizza style)

-Food preparation

-Maintenance of a clean work environment

-Opening and closing procedures

Experience Required & Compensation:

-At least 1 year of experience in a fast-pace work environment.

-Oven-operation experience HIGHLY PREFERRED (pizzeria or bakery)

$12.00 - $13.50 per hour depending on experience plus tip share (approx $1/hour increase after training period)
