About this job
We're searching for a qualified candidate to fill our open Grounds Maintenance position at a busy apartment complex. This individual will perform general grounds maintenance tasks such as trimming bushes, watering the grass and plants, picking up trash around the property, lifting and rolling hose from above ground irrigation system which weighs 50 lbs, associate may also be asked to pull carpet out of apartments once they become vacant. This associate will be working outside rain or shine and must be comfortable with doing so. Previous grounds experience is preferred but willing to train the right person.
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time Evaluation Hire
PAY RANGE: $9.50/hr
SCHEDULE: M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
