Fraud Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently hiring for Fraud Representatives to work in our inbound call center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Fraud Representatives are responsible for monitoring debit and credit card accounts for fraudulent activities and for receiving inbound calls from our customers. Representatives are also responsible for providing high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, customer requests, and problems related to debit and credit card fraud and dispute claims.
