Collections Representative - Full-time / Part-time

What you will be doing: You will be performing skip tracing and collections duties to maximize revenue for the company. This is a temp to permanent opportunity. Responsibilities: - Call customers from Collectors queue. - Skip traces difficult to find customers. - Makes payment arrangements with recently assigned customers. - Gives approval to make settlements with customers, banks and title companies. - Verifies customer's bankruptcy status on PACER. - Receives incoming calls in response to letters sent to customers. - Keeps up with all action requests. - Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies across areas
