About this job
I am looking for a housekeeper to come twice a month to clean my brother's apartment in Astoria, Queens. He is a 64-year-old man with some history of affective mood disorder. He works full-time on weekdays and functions very well within his routines. He is a kind and gentle person, but he is not organized about keeping his apartment clean. Having assistance has helped prevent problems that sometimes arise. Also the housekeeper/assistant could let me know if special needs or problems come up as I live in California and get to NYC once or twice a year.
