Job Purpose: Reconciles inventories by receiving, verifying, and processing orders. Duties: * Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting department documents and information. * Distributes mail by retrieving mail from mailroom; opening and sorting by addressee and area or type; delivering items. * Verifies and completes receiving reports by checking receiving document against sales order for quantities and items shipped, release number, and discrepancies; entering receiving information into database; correcting discrepancies. * Processes orders by entering and processing orders for outlet stores. * Audits and reconciles inventory reports by examining distribution warehouse reports for inventory discrepancies; reconciling entries
