Laboratory Instrument Technician contract opportunity with a client located in the Mt Vernon, IN area. This is a day shift position that will be responsible for the calibration and maintenance of all Laboratory equipment for this chemical manufacturing client. Responsibilities for the Laboratory Technician • Calibrate, test and maintenance of laboratory instruments (Wet Lab, HPLC, GC, UV, etc) • Evaluates instruments to establish plans for maintenance and repair • Documents and verifies problems and actions taken • Other duties as assigned Requirements for the Laboratory Technician • Bachelors Degree and-or the equivalent combination of education and experience • Demonstrated experience
