What you will be doing: You will be responsible for providing phone based technical support, laptop, desktop, printer, network connectivity issues as well as applications throughout the internal workforce. This is an entry level position, requiring proficient computer skills, previous customer service or help desk experience required. Candidates recently graduated with IT backgrounds and without help desk experience will also be considered. This position is temp to permanent. A few qualifications: - Typing at 35 WPM - Must pass typing assessment - IT Associates, Bachelor's degree or IT Certification is required - Experience in a Help Desk or Customer Service
