Randstad is searching for Accounting Clerks for the East Memphis area. Positions include: Accounting Clerks, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Payroll, etc. - Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors and managers - Record transactions to the general ledger - Data entry of invoices - Check for available discounts - Calculate and enter expenditures - Gather purchase orders and matching invoices - Maintain vendor files and filing - Make collection calls when needed - Completing bank reconciliations - Account management and reconciliations Working hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Skills: Qualifications: - At least 2 years
