Contract position: A Structural Designer is needed for a contract-to-direct hire opportunity with a leading engineering firm in Minneapolis, MN. The Structural Designer is responsible for creating detailed structural designs with REVIT. Qualified candidates must have 2+ years' of industrial design experience and proficiency with REVIT. This position is located in downtown Minneapolis. Responsibilities for the Structural Designer• Create structural designs for industrial and power projects • Develop conceptual, preliminary, and construction level drawings • Select and prepare preliminary layouts of simple structural systems Requirements for the Structural Designer • Proficiency with REVIT • 2+ years' of industrial design experience
