IN-HOME DESIGN SALES CONSULTANT - Full-time / Part-time

Drapery Connection () and its design divisions are looking for the BEST TALENT& we're willing to pay top dollar and pay for your leads, including: signing bonus, base, expense allowance, performance bonuses and 8-12% commissions, and looking for someone who has been in the top 10-15% in sales in their career!

You bring to the table:

• "Presence" and "Expertise" to quickly build not only rapport, but also confidence & trust with customers.
• You must have prior success selling high ticket, luxury "custom" designer products to home owners in a very competitive market.
• With an "entrepreneurial" mind or having previously owned your own business, you don't wait to build your own success but DRIVE it and have a previous income of at least $60,000 (base & commission.)
• You thrive in working independently, being a self starter with determination  and detail to give your clients the BEST experience!
• You excel at handling 3-5 leads per day, closing new business in 1-2 calls, selling value and not price, and managing your time effectively.
• Familiarity and use of Microsoft tools and CRM.
• Your track record, talent & experience defines & matches what we need.
• Knowledge of design, window treatments, OR decorating is required.
