Entry- Level Behavioral Therapist (Paid-Training)

 Behavioral Innovations is the leading provider for Autism services for children. We offer paid training, a casual work environment, work life balance ( no weekends , nights or major holiday’s). Full time positions are eligible for Medical, 401k and PTO. 


We will train you in the following skills listed below!

Duties and Responsibilities:
 

• Conduct Therapy with children.
• Learn and use behavioral techniques.
• Communicate progress with families.
• Document and chart progress of children.

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Knowledge of Autism and other developmental disorders preferred.
• Previous experience working with children is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic and enthusiast.
• Passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
• Ability to work on a team.
• Willing to learn and implement new skills.
