Grand Teton Service Group is hiring for full-time and part-time Caregivers and CNAs for our Idaho Falls and Pocatello locations. We do not require experience as we provide full, hands-on training!
Grand Teton Service Group is a Residential Habilitation/Supported Living Agency where we work with developmentally disabled adults in their homes. We care for them by doing light housekeeping, meal preparation, and following specific programs to teach them everyday living skills. Grand Teton Service Group has successfully been in business since 1991. We have more experience in this field than any other local ResHab facility!
A Day in the Life of Direct Care Staff at Grand Teton Service Group
Wake and assist clients in getting ready for the day! This may include helping them shower, dress, brush their teeth, comb their hair, etc. Prepare their breakfast and eat with them in a family-type setting. Follow specific plans and programs, including documentation of activities throughout the day. Many of our clients love to get out and about - going out to eat, shopping, movies, and other community activities. As well as paying for our clients to do these things, we also pay for their staff members to do these things with them, which is something many other ResHab/Supported Living Agencies don't do!!!
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Ability to pass background check through the Dept. of Health & Welfare
- Ability to pass a post-offer drug screen
Pay & Benefits
We determine starting pay on what relevant certifications you possess, and related work experience you've obtained.
