About this job

This position will require candidates to handle a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members to assist with health plan information and premium details.

Candidate will not be required to collect payments and claims, however will be responsible for administering information regarding premium increases/decreases, start and end of coverage and all other miscellaneous plan information.

Call center environment- team of 15-20.

HOURS:
Training (5 weeks)

1+ years of customer service experience: face to face, call center, retail, fast food or any other customer engaging exp.
Intermediate computer skills: 25+ words per minute
Strong attention to detail and customer relations skills

Must be fluently bilingual: Spanish or Creole
