Aerotek's clients is seeking an Inside Sales Assistant to join their team in Chantilly. Candidates must have a driven, sales-minded mindset in order to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities include:
Handle coordination of projects and lighting bid proposals for the inside sales team
Providing accurate and competitive pricing to help Inside Sales team with best quotes for current and potential customers
An effective employee will know (or learn) the strengths of our lighting and manufacturer product offerings for client follow-up emails and calls daily.
The contractor must be capable of providing pricing from the set sheet packages on large scale projects and upload pricing and submittal packages using Adobe Suite
The contractor will also be tasked with tracking and data entry and logging for specific sales bids and follow up with the Inside Sales team as updates come through.
Another part of our task is to work with customers to make sure that they achieve the project schedule based on lighting lead times.
He/She must be able to pay attention to details and be extremely organized and on top of their projects daily.
Comfort in working with numbers, Excel, Adobe, and Microsoft word is a must have qualification for this position.
