One of our high-tech, entertainment clients, are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a 9-month contract to hire basis. The positions is a full time role with the possibility for overtime. The pay will range between $16 - $20 per hour based on past experiences and qualifications.

Please read below for some of the key qualifiers for this position:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in the tech/website or consumer products capacity.
  • Ability to manage and close out on 100-120 client email or "tickets" a day.
  • Ability to commit to a 40hour work schedule.
  • Clients are people playing video games

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service to customers across all platforms (web and iOS).
  • Investigate and resolve a high volume of daily tickets, including researching and resolving customer inquiries, including technical issues, billing questions, and general feedback.
  • High-value player support and white-glove treatment, including proactive outreach to VIP customers.
  • Monitor iOS player reviews and respond when appropriate.
  • Utilize multiple support tools resolve customer issues and respond to customers in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department to ensure everyone is informed.
  • Regularly track, analyze and report on customer feedback and identify trends.
  • Represent the voice of the player internally with various teams, sharing feedback and advocating for improvements.
