Hiring 25 Customer Service Reps!! - Full-time / Part-time

Hiring 25 Call Center Agents for a great company in North Austin.

Duties:

• Our client is currently hiring Customer Care Advocates on a full-time contract to hire opportunity.
• These Customer Care Advocates will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding their order status, payments, refunds, and site operations.
• The majority of these calls may be from irate callers because they may owe a bill or an address was wrong. Candidate must be comfortable with problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years in a call center setting
• Must have a proven record of job stability
• Motivated, quick learner, and detail oriented
• Problem solving and call resolution experience
• Must be available between Monday through Saturday for the hours of 7:45AM to 9:15PM
