The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in driving sales growth across channels. They are responsible for maximizing the efficiency of reporting related to point of sale, syndicated data & replenishment metrics to be utilized by key retail customers, the consumer sales team, the marketing team and operations team.

 

What we offer

Collecting and analyzing data from various points in order to develop recommendations to drive sales, optimize margins and increase inventory turns Leverage business performance data such as point of sale, IRI/Nielsen syndicated data, SAP financial reporting to understand current trends & drive future decisions Create, maintain and communicate weekly, monthly and annual reporting for the sales team Be key point person to the team for category management purposes across key retail accounts, communicate daily and report weekly POS sales trends. Responsible for utilizing data and insights to increase turns, optimize inventory and increase service levels Work with supply chain on identifying & resolving operations related challenges impacting OTIF, customer in stock levels and compliance Act as primary contact for replenishment teams at key customers, some travel may be required Consistently communicate and collaborate with the retail sales team, the operations team and marketing team

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business related field 2+ years' experience as an analyst  Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detailDriven and self motivated Strong verbal and written communication skills being able to execute vision with both internal partners and customersProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
