FELLOWSHIP IN HOSPITAL MEDICINE Central Maine Medical Center Applications open for 2018-2019 academic year Clinically Intensive Preparation for a Hospitalist Career Quality Improvement Focus, Training and Impact Resident Teaching and Leadership Role Central Maine Medical Center's well-established Hospital Medicine Fellowship offers FM/IM graduates the opportunity to train with our hospital medicine team in collaboration with the family medicine residency program. The one-year fellowship emphasizes the core principles of hospital medicine, as well as focused rotations in critical care, medical subspecialties, and palliative care. The fellow engages in a longitudinal, mentored quality improvement project and provides teaching and leadership to the residents. Past fellows have had numerous state and national presentations and publications, and are engaged in successful Hospital Medicine careers.
