This role requires someone to be technically strong and consultative both as they will work creatively to identify ways in which our TA technology can meet business challenges and goals. It also requires a collaborative team member as you will partner with stakeholders, internal support teams, and vendors to ensure the successful development and integrations of technology and processes. Being a strategic thinker is a must as you will need to manage through a complex technology stack in order to reach millions of job seekers each year.

  • Vendor & Technology Management: Manage the technical relationship with vendors who support the maintenance of our TA technology and/or integrate with our technology stack. This includes:
    • developing SOWs with vendors for system updates and enhancements
    • ensuring SLAs are met and that our systems are fully functional at all times; where needed, identify issues that may require proactive intervention to reduce issues and improve process performance
    • ensuring vendors are responsive to issues and guiding them as they facilitate updates and enhancements as requested
    • coordinating across COEs and iT, including support of various integrations
    • serving as the primary POC for escalations and resolution process for designated technologies to include: documenting issues, prioritizing defects with stakeholders, and working with service providers on resolution while keeping stakeholders updated on progress

  • Project and Resource Management: In addition to business as usual vendor/technical management, this role will also be assigned to manage projects in support of system updates and enhancements. This may include:
    • directly developing, or providing oversight to vendors as they develop project timelines, requirements, technical/functional solutions and testing/QA plans
    • engaging internal stakeholders (primarily recruiting end users or those who support end users such as hiring managers) to ensure business needs are met through system updates and enhancements being made
    • securing and supporting resources for projects to include team members from the TA technology team, IT, vendor, and other COE members
    • coordinating and/or participating in functional testing/QA of system enhancements, fixes, and upgrades
    • ultimately ensuring the outcome of project management efforts result in the flawless execution and launch of said projects
