Industrial Facility Maintenance Technician

As the Industrial Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible inspecting,
maintaining, and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment
throughout various departments in the facility and to assure the daily, safe, efficient and
effective operations of all plant equipment and machinery in accordance with
established policies and procedures

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

? High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree in Maintenance,
Industrial Technology, Engineering or related field preferred.
? 3 or more years of industrial maintenance experience with multi craft
background.
? Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial facility equipment.
? Electrical knowledge ranging from 120 Volts to 480 Volts (3 phase).
? Mechanical (gears, compressors, boilers and pumps),
? PLC controls troubleshooting.
? VFD Drives.
? Mechanical hydraulics.
? Welding experience.
? Computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
? Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and drawings.
? Ability to write routine reports and correspondence legibly.
? Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervision, and customers.
? Must be willing to work any shift.
? Valid driver's license.
? Ability to lift 75 pounds, climb stairs, ladders, able to work at heights, exposure to
hot and cold temperatures.
? Ability to walk for extended periods of time.
? Enjoys working in a team environment.
? Comfortable working independently.
