Car Wash Attendant - 3212

Car Wash Attendants at MAPCO thrive in a fast-paced, "guest obsessed" environment. In this role, you will greet guests, maintain a great looking car wash and storefront, and taking care of our guests will be your top priority. These duties will involve a mixture of standing, walking lifting and climbing. Ideal candidates must be able to perform basic math skills, speak and understand English and use basic computer/point-of-sale skills. What we are looking for: * Outgoing Personality * Outstanding Guest Service Skills * Strong Attention to Detail * Someone who takes pride in their work * Ability to work long hours, on your feet, in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions Position Responsibilities: * Greeting Car Wash Guests * Provide explanation and assistance with processing payments & car wash codes * Pre-cleaning vehicles prior to the wash cycle, using brush & detergent * Guides guest vehicle to the wash conveyer and activates wash * Cleaning the wash bay * Manage Chemical Inventory * Document any guest claims * Fuel Island Maintenance: - Emptying Trash - Ensuring that Windshield Washing Stations are clean & stocked - Clean Fuel Dispensers - Parking Lot Cleanliness * Sweep & Mop, as needed * Power Washing, as needed * Receive Fuel Deliveries, as needed Essential Functions: Standing/Walking 80 % Bending 10 % Squatting/Stooping 5 % Climbing 2 % Reaching 2 % Lifting up to 50 pounds 1 % About MAPCO Express: MAPCO Express, Inc., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of COPEC, Inc.
