Customer Service/ Sales Representative - Part-time

PART-Time position Salary plus commission potential.

We are a Farmers insurance agency (located in Oswego) looking for a Customer Service/Sales Representative (CSSR). Ideal candidate is someone who has a positive attitude and is willing to go the extra mile for our clients. Previous insurance experience preferred. We are looking for a individual who: - Is highly organized and enjoys working on multiple projects at one time - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment - Assist clients with billing and insurance coverage questions - Assists with customer retention & processing renewals - Helps with ideas for agency growth - Is a passionate team player and enjoys contributing to a positive work environment - Proficient with learning new systems (office systems and quoting software) - Fluent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

• * * * * * Insurance licenses or ability to get state licensed will be required! * * * * * * (1) - If you're not insurance licensed, you will be expected to attend a couple of seminars, than take and pass the state exams to get state licensed. (2) – Farmers Insurance, specific product & customer care online training will be provided in office (3) - Customer Care live in office training will also be provided.
