Ben and Jerry's ICE CREAM NOW HIRING!

Ben & Jerry's is currently seeking friendly and charismatic ice cream-lovin' folks to join our team! We are a company that has created the chunks and the swirls in our ice cream and are seeking hard working, customer service oriented individuals to join us at multiple locations.

• We are looking for SCOOPER. Our Scooper/Flavor Gurus are the face of Ben & Jerry's! They introduce customers to our products and patiently guide them through our euphoric customer experience.

• In addition to demonstrating awesome customer service, Scooper/Flavor Gurus fulfill orders quickly and accurately and help maintain the cleanliness of our retail shops.
• To be a Scooper, you must:* Be incredibly patient! Customer service is our #1 priority.* Love ice cream. Duh.* Must be able to work nights and weekends (some holidays included). * Must be able to work 6-8 hours on your feet.* Be able to lift at least 20 lbs.* Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Essential responsibilities:* Maintains the "Peace, love and ice cream" culture at all times (greets customers, offers samples, demonstrates store pride, etc).
• * General knowledge of everything Ben & Jerry's* Answers all customer questions to the best of their ability--whether in person or over the phone.* Follows all applicable food safety rules, (including dress code and food storage rules).* Full menu production knowledge.* Maintains the "look" of the store (merchandise properly stocked and displayed, retail area and bathrooms are clean and restocked, all areas are generally tidy, etc).* Responds positively to direction/requests for assistance from co-workers, supervisors, and customers.* Knows location of nutritional information, call sheet, and employee handbook.* Use of POS system/ basic cash handling.* Available late nights (past 11pm) and weekends (some holidays).* Attends training sessions as required.less
