The Shared Analytics organization operates and delivers analytics services across the enterprise to IT and business customers. It includes four integrated functions including the operations and plans group, the development center group, the advanced technologies group, and the customer engagement group. Analytic services are offered around several enterprise products and platforms including Oracle, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau and SAS.

The Customer Engagement team is the customer facing team from Shared Analytics. The Customer Engagement team works closely with each of the SA portfolio teams (Development Center, Advanced Technology Group and Service Operations and Planning) to provide a simplified and integrated experience to the KP customers. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and transparency in customer communication.

Intern will work on projects related to improving how Shared Analytics provides high quality customer service. Projects will include defining/updating process flows, updating SharePoint content, analyzing data & visual reporting on opportunities to improve service quality.

Essential Functions:

Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.

Report development and analytics.

Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.

Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.

Job shadowing in other functional areas.

Performing additional duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

Education

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

Pursuing a bachelor's degree or have graduated with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university within the last year.

License, Certification, Registration

Additional Requirements:

Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions

Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

3.0 GPA or above

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.

Exposure to customer management

Business analysis & project management experiences in an IT Team

Some experience with Vision & PowerPoint
