Configuration Management Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

A aerospace company in Phoenix, Arizona is currently hiring for a Configuration Management Analyst. In this role interested candidates can expect the following day to day responsibilities:

• Under general direction, ensures configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness and proper authorizations.
• Responsible for effectively tracking, logging, categorizing, and maintaining changes
• Assists in the maintenance and control of the configuration of identified items such as baselines, documentation, drawings, specifications, and associated documentation within an approved CM tool
• Attends and participates in CM meetings and assists in facilitating change control and review board meetings including the preparation of agendas, handouts, and minutes.
• Develops, distributes, and tracks change packages resulting from approved Change Control Board action.
• Responsible for performing administrative duties in an office environment. Creates spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and documents using a variety of software as needed
• Assists with developing and documenting new documentation control and configuration management business processes to support system and product life cycles.
