Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

1st shift: 6AM - 2:30PM Monday - Friday (3-15 minutes breaks)
- Will be working on the production floor within the build and testing area.
- Manually assemble/check fulcrum arms, clips, balls and bolts on a fulcrum block.
- Test/check Fulcrum assembly for proper assembly/operation and pack in proper dunnage.
- Proper dispersion of all rejects/scrap and submission of scrap tickets.
- Restock inventory on builder inlet lanes and supermarkets.
- Perform all 5S requirements and complete daily/weekly check sheets.
- Perform repetitive motion exercises at proper intervals during the shift.
- Record production data for the shift and forward to leader/supervisor.
- PPE'S worn at all times while on the manufacturing floor.
- Safety glasses with side shields and oil/slip resistance shoes required.
- Read/comprehend and follow all safety instructions and procedures.
- Report all safety incidents, violations and/or occurrences to your leader and supervisor.
- Read/comprehend and perform all quality instructions, procedures and alerts.
- Report all quality issues to your leader and supervisor.
- Do not proceed unless instructed by supervisor and/or quality personnel.
- Associate to be present at workstation at start time of shift.
- Read/comprehend and perform all job instructions.
- Perform all KDP & Mastering checks and record.
