About this job
Quality Inspectors III are in charge of inspections for all semiconductor equipment, mainly high purity gas line equipment but also including vacuum pumps and chambers and other various equipment.
Will be running and possible programming CMM machine, Faro Arm as well as visual inspection with hand tools. Hand tools including micrometers, calipers, gauges and indicators.
Every part will need to be inspected. Ability to be able to multitask and run multiple machines at high volume. Quality is very important since materials hold life threatening gases, accuracy is a must.
Will be working onsite at in South San Jose location. Site is large, clean and well organized manufacturing and production site with with machine shop, assembly area and multiple clean rooms varying from class 1000 and 100. Will be working in Quality department and working on production floor as needed.
6+years of Experience in Quality Inspection
GD&T: Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Metrology
Read Blue Prints and Schematics
Read and write in English
Ability to program CMM machines
Experience training or leading others within Quality is a plus
Semiconductor Experience is a plus
Use of Zeiss machine a plus
