Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the senior Executives by providing high-quality administrative and clerical assistance

JD:

* Provide support and assistance with general office administration responsibilities
* Coordinate calendars and scheduling; organize meetings and conference calls
* Make travel arrangements
* Process expense reports (experience using Concur is a plus)
* Assist in organizing company events and departmental activities

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant - supporting higher ups
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs
  • Adaptability

Hours:

Monday - Friday; 8-5 pm
