Entry Level Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking customer service representatives for the BMW Connect to Drive team. These reps will be servicing BMW owners and Rolls Royce owners with various questions. They could be Account Management related, unlocking car doors, finding a stolen/lost car, directions to location, or even just joke of the day. They really can call for about anything, its their job to do their best in assisting the customer. The call volume will range daily and during the times of the day, they could take anywhere from 30 to 80 calls.

We care more about quality than quantity. You will be required to record information into our specific program. We also utilize an internal chat system to help out with questions while on a call.
