Aerotek is currently highering on call center representatives in the greater baltimore area.
Job Description:
Candidates will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls from clients regarding refrigeration, electrical or mechanical problems. These call center folks will be troubleshooting the problems and providing assistance over the phone to each client. Answering calls, making follow up calls, updating information, working on the computer, using different software systems.
Candidates will need 1 to 2 years of call center experience.
