Interviewing Qualified Candidates Immediately

Responsibilities

  • Leads the interior design and/or documentation effort for Workplace interiors projects of varying sizes
  • Collaborates on all phases of the design process including programming client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development and construction document preparation
  • Generates project program documents, space planning concepts and 3D perspective views for presentation to the client team
  • Participates in the specification of furniture systems and finish materials for each project
  • Coordinates with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps and fabricators to meet overall project objectives
  • Aids in managing clients expectations, team communications and consultant coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related design field from an accredited school
  • 5+ years of experience as an interior designer with a focus on corporate interiors
  • Strong knowledge of the design process, including color and materials, furniture systems FF&E and specifications
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Ability to focus on a single project or multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development
