Lead and Develope a team

Have managed a Call Center in the past and lead a team successfully.

Working with your team and peers to:

3+ years within the following:

Develop cardholder account servicing procedures relating to Client Support processing.


Develop and maintain a competent and professional staff with expertise in debit card operations and services.


Develop capacity plan that will aid in determining appropriate staffing levels based on volumes and other related criteria.


Report key volumes to management in weekly and monthly reports.
Keep the Client Support Manager apprised of the daily operation of the Client Support department and identify any problem areas or improvements that require action and seek resources to resolve or implement these changes.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
