Aerotek is currently assisting a local leading Corporate Hangar in hiring experienced A&P Technicians, along with Avionics Techs, in the Minneapolis, MN - Bay City, WI areas. At a minimum, qualified candidates for the A&P positions must have an A&P license. For the Avionics positions, candidates must have some kind of prior Aviation troubleshooting experience. Candidates must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
Job Description :
A&P Mechanics: Responsible for performing preventative and regular scheduled maintenance on charter aircrafts. This consists mostly of the Cessna line, along with other G/A and corporate aircraft. Will be responsible for referring to the MX manual. Will perform paperwork and documentation of all mx performed to keep aircraft airworthy.Will have to determine if mx can be deferred or if it affect air worthiness. Once hired, performance measures are based on attendance/reliability.
Avionics Techs: Responsible for performing installations on previously listed aircraft. Techs will also be conducting troubleshooting, and should feel comfortable moving around the aircraft. Once hired, performance measures are based on attendance/reliability.
Pay : $20.00-26.00 hourly. After 6 month probationary period, candidates will be eligible for a raise and full company benefits, including: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, company-paid life insurance, paid time off, and 401K matching.
