Position: Business Analyst
Location: Eagan, MN
Pay: $19.00-$21.00/HR (based on experience)
Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday, work from home opportunity once you go permanent

Job Description:
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Review standard pharmacy network contracts and follow the Network Operations "Process Playbook" to determine routine updates into RxClaim
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team on any new pharmacy pricing schedules to ensure networks and pricing are coded for the correct claim payment information
- Implement low complexity network changes for Commercial, Medicare Part D, and Specialty Pharmacy programs upon completion of research and testing by senior level specialists
- Collaborate with Benefit Design, Provider Relations and other Network Management stakeholders on all newly implemented clients or revisions to existing network or pricing arrangements to ensure the necessary updates are applied and new pharmacy rates become effective when intended
- Participate in miscellaneous Network Pricing projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- 1 year of work experience in claims processing, or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
- Communication (written and verbal skills)
